At Gentleman's Gelato, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality fragrances. For the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The security seal must be intact and show no signs of tampering.
• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Process

1. Contact us to request a return authorization.
2. Securely package the product in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to our store at the address provided.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened fragrances
• Products with broken or removed security seals
• Products showing signs of use or tampering
